Mindfulness for Athletes and Performers Online Workshop
I have been teaching this particular mindfulness method for a few years. My initial encounter with this program occurred while I was working on a study examining the effects of mindfulness on anxiety levels in athletes. I embarked on this endeavor without ever imagining the results I would discover. To my surprise, the athletes who followed the program reported better control over anxiety and stress both before and during competitions, resulting in an overall improvement in their performance.
In the image below, you can see the results of a study conducted in Germany involving basketball teams. The teams were divided into two groups: an experimental group to whom mindfulness techniques were taught and a control group used as a reference during the basketball season.

The Program
The mindfulness program online consists of 6 sessions. Participants will be taught mindfulness techniques specifically designed for athletes, which they will learn and practice independently after completing the course. This training equips them with a tool to manage anxiety, stress, fear, and other factors that may hinder athletes from reaching their peak performance state, often referred to as the "zone." Moreover, the consistent practice of these techniques can have a positive impact on an individual's overall well-being.
Workshops require a minimum of participants to start.
The cost per person is just €150 for the 6 sessions or six weeks.
Each session lasts between one hour and a half to two hours.

Conditions for Enrollment:
Eligibility: To enroll in the mindfulness course, participants must be athletes, performers or any professional seeking to enhance their mental well-being and performance.
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a legal guardian if they are under 18.
Payment: Payment for the course is required prior to enrollment. The course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Internet Connection: Participants must have access to a computer or tablet with a microphone, headphones, and a reliable internet connection to access the online course materials. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology and internet connection to engage in the course.
Course Duration: The course consists of six online lessons, each lasting between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the content of each individual lesson.
Access to Course Materials: Upon successful payment, participants will receive a unique password to access the guest area on fgpsychology.com. In this secure area, they will have access to lesson recordings, PDFs, and other related materials.
Rescheduling: In the event of an internet connection failure on the instructor's side during a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at a convenient time for both the instructor and the participant it will move to the following scheduled day.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all course materials and interactions. Sharing course materials or discussions with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during the course. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.
